The Pelham Diner’s journey began under the visionary leadership of Kevin Lather. Driven by a passion for authentic Alabama flavors and a dedication to impeccable service, Kevin laid the foundation for what Pelham Diner represents today.
The diner’s torch has now been passed to the enthusiastic hands of Toni Darby. Toni, a once devoted employee, with the intimate knowledge of the diner’s heartbeat, is steering Pelham Diner into a future filled with flavors from the past.
